What we use. We receive the details you enter in the form: name, phone, address, notes, service options and schedules. We use them to arrange pickup and delivery, contact you and charge the 50% card deposit through Stripe.

Legal basis. We process this data because it is needed to provide the service you ordered (GDPR Art. 6.1.b), under Spanish LOPDGDD rules.

Where it is stored. Orders are also stored in Wix CMS collection “Pedidos lavandería” (laundry-orders), with admin-only access; it is not public on the site. Wix provides hosting/CMS and Stripe processes payments. Merchant notifications go to vellia.contact@gmail.com.

Retention. We keep the data as long as needed to complete the order and meet legal and accounting duties, then delete it when no longer needed.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, erasure and other data-protection rights via WhatsApp or vellia.contact@gmail.com.

Data the app processes: e-mail address (to sign in and receive login codes and order notices), name, phone and pickup/delivery address, order notes, order history, points and the status of your monthly plan.

Sign-in: with Apple, with Google or with a one-time code sent by e-mail. From Apple and Google we only receive your e-mail (or Apple's private relay address) and, if you allow it, your name. We never receive your passwords.

Notifications: if you turn them on, we store a technical device identifier (Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging token) only to tell you about your orders. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone settings.

Payments: order and plan payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers; we only store the amount, payment status and Stripe reference.

No tracking: the app shows no ads, does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data.

Processors: Stripe (payments), Wix (hosting and database), Resend (transactional e-mail), Apple and Google (sign-in and notifications). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Delete your account: in the app, Profile → Delete account, or at lavanderia-vellia.com/eliminar-cuenta. We delete your account and data within 30 days, except invoices we are legally required to keep.

Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@lavanderia-vellia.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
