Terms of service

1. Service. Vellia Lavanderia provides wash, dry and finish with pickup and delivery in Torrevieja and nearby areas, subject to availability.

2. Prices. Form amounts are indicative. A 50% deposit is charged online; the balance is due on delivery. Final weight and finish may be adjusted when we receive the laundry.

3. Garments. You confirm items can be washed and dried as selected. We are not liable for damage to items that cannot take that treatment, have incompatible care labels, or are especially delicate unless noted.

4. Timing. 24 h / 48 h turnarounds are indicative and depend on the pickup window and workload.

5. Cancellation. If cancelled before pickup, the deposit may be refunded subject to Stripe and our confirmation. After washing has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
