We collect your laundry every 2 weeks in Torrevieja, on a fixed weekday (Mon–Fri); we wash, dry and fold it, and bring it back ready to put away.

Terms
- •One pickup and one delivery every 2 weeks included within Torrevieja, on a fixed weekday Monday to Friday (no weekends).
- •Included service: wash, dry and fold.
- •Extra kg above the per-pickup limit: 2.50 €/kg.
- •Ironing: extra charge per item. Duvets, blankets and curtains are billed separately.
- •Unused kg do not carry over to the next pickup.
- •No minimum commitment: cancel or pause your plan any month.
- •All prices include VAT.

How do I start?
Message us on WhatsApp with your chosen plan and address; we agree on your fixed weekday (Mon–Fri) and time slot for a pickup every 2 weeks.
What if I have more laundry at a pickup?
We weigh the laundry at each pickup; kg above your plan are charged at 2.50 €/kg.
Can I pause during holidays?
Yes. Let us know before the month starts and we pause or cancel the plan, with no penalty.
Do you cover areas outside Torrevieja?
The included pickup is within Torrevieja. For other areas, ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Message us on WhatsApp (+34 623 635 348) or email vellia.contact@gmail.com and we will cancel your subscription; you will not be charged for the following month.
