Vad vi använder. Vi tar emot uppgifterna du fyller i formuläret: namn, telefon, adress, anteckningar, tjänsteval och tider. Vi använder dem för att ordna hämtning och leverans, kontakta dig och ta betalt för handpenningen på 50 % med kort via Stripe.

Rättslig grund. Vi behandlar uppgifterna eftersom de behövs för att utföra tjänsten du beställt (GDPR art. 6.1.b), i enlighet med spanska LOPDGDD.

Var de lagras. Beställningar lagras även i Wix CMS-samlingen ”Pedidos lavandería” (laundry-orders) med åtkomst endast för administratörer; den är inte offentlig på webbplatsen. Wix står för hosting/CMS och Stripe hanterar betalningar. Aviseringar skickas till vellia.contact@gmail.com.

Lagringstid. Vi sparar uppgifterna så länge som behövs för att slutföra beställningen och uppfylla rättsliga och bokföringsmässiga skyldigheter, och raderar dem sedan.

Dina rättigheter. Du kan begära tillgång, rättelse, radering och andra dataskyddsrättigheter via WhatsApp eller vellia.contact@gmail.com.

Vid avvikelser gäller den spanska versionen.

Data the app processes: e-mail address (to sign in and receive login codes and order notices), name, phone and pickup/delivery address, order notes, order history, points and the status of your monthly plan.

Sign-in: with Apple, with Google or with a one-time code sent by e-mail. From Apple and Google we only receive your e-mail (or Apple's private relay address) and, if you allow it, your name. We never receive your passwords.

Notifications: if you turn them on, we store a technical device identifier (Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging token) only to tell you about your orders. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone settings.

Payments: order and plan payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers; we only store the amount, payment status and Stripe reference.

No tracking: the app shows no ads, does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data.

Processors: Stripe (payments), Wix (hosting and database), Resend (transactional e-mail), Apple and Google (sign-in and notifications). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Delete your account: in the app, Profile → Delete account, or at lavanderia-vellia.com/eliminar-cuenta. We delete your account and data within 30 days, except invoices we are legally required to keep.

Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@lavanderia-vellia.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
