ما نستخدمه. نتلقى البيانات التي تدخلها في النموذج: الاسم والهاتف والعنوان والملاحظات وخيارات الخدمة والمواعيد. نستخدمها لتنظيم الاستلام والتوصيل والتواصل معك وتحصيل عربون 50% بالبطاقة عبر Stripe.

الأساس القانوني. نعالج هذه البيانات لأنها ضرورية لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها (المادة 6.1.ب من اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR)، وفقًا للقانون الإسباني LOPDGDD.

أين تُخزَّن. تُحفظ الطلبات أيضًا في مجموعة Wix CMS «Pedidos lavandería» (laundry-orders) مع وصول للمسؤولين فقط؛ وهي غير منشورة على الموقع. توفر Wix الاستضافة ونظام إدارة المحتوى، وتعالج Stripe المدفوعات. تُرسل الإشعارات إلى vellia.contact@gmail.com.

مدة الاحتفاظ. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال المدة اللازمة لإتمام الطلب والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها.

حقوقك. يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها وممارسة حقوق حماية البيانات الأخرى عبر واتساب أو vellia.contact@gmail.com.

في حال وجود اختلاف، تُعتمد النسخة الإسبانية.

Data the app processes: e-mail address (to sign in and receive login codes and order notices), name, phone and pickup/delivery address, order notes, order history, points and the status of your monthly plan.

Sign-in: with Apple, with Google or with a one-time code sent by e-mail. From Apple and Google we only receive your e-mail (or Apple's private relay address) and, if you allow it, your name. We never receive your passwords.

Notifications: if you turn them on, we store a technical device identifier (Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging token) only to tell you about your orders. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone settings.

Payments: order and plan payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers; we only store the amount, payment status and Stripe reference.

No tracking: the app shows no ads, does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data.

Processors: Stripe (payments), Wix (hosting and database), Resend (transactional e-mail), Apple and Google (sign-in and notifications). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Delete your account: in the app, Profile → Delete account, or at lavanderia-vellia.com/eliminar-cuenta. We delete your account and data within 30 days, except invoices we are legally required to keep.

Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@lavanderia-vellia.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
